A helper library for keeping and maintaining the state of Chronometers.
How to use it?
Creating an instance of ChronometerPersist
ChronometerPersist chronometerPersist = ChronometerPersist.getInstance(chronometer, sharedPreferences);
Control Methods

Status Checking Methods

Format-Changing Method
