Lib--ColorBars

Simple to use library for animating color change for ActionBar, NavigationBar, and status bar.
Apply background tinting to the Android system UI when using KitKat translucent modes.

On earlier system versions only action bar change color

Usage Example

public ColorBars(Activity activity, View view, int PaddingBotom,int PaddingTop) {

// Set this at activity on create  mColorBars = new ColorBars(getActivity(), findViewById(R.id.BaseContainer),0,0);

  // Call this at any moment.
mColorBars.changeColor(new Color().Red);
