Spots progress dialog

Android AlertDialog with moving spots progress indicator packed as android library.

===========

Usage

The library available in maven central repository. You can get it using:

dependencies {

 compile 'com.github.d-max:spots-dialog:0.7@aar'
}

Javadoc and sources package classifiers available too.

Note: The library requires minimum API level 15.

SpotsDialog class is an inheritor of a AlertDialog class. You can use it just like simple AlertDialog. For example:

AlertDialog dialog = new SpotsDialog(context);
dialog.show();
... dialog.dismiss();

Attention! If you're using proguard, add this code to your rules file:

-keep class dmax.dialog.** {

 *;
}

Customization

Use android styles to customize the dialog. Next custom attributes provided:

 • DialogTitleAppearance : style reference
 • DialogTitleText : string
 • DialogSpotColor : color
 • DialogSpotCount : integer

For example:

Provide you own style resource:

<resources>
 </resources>

Pass it into constuctor:

new SpotsDialog(context, R.style.Custom).show();

Result:

If you need to change just a dialogs message, use constructor:

new SpotsDialog(context, "????????????").show();

Note: On the pre-lollipop devices DialogSpotColor item won't work. As workaround just override color in your resources.

<resources>
 <color name="spots_dialog_color">@color/your_color_value</color> </resources>

Small Android library that lets developers write their own list adapters without copying code from previous projects.

The fastest JSON parsing and serializing library available for Android. Based on Jackson's streaming API, LoganSquare is able to consistently outperform GSON and Jackson's Databind library by 400% or more. By relying on compile-time annotation processing to generate code, you know that your JSON will parse and serialize faster than any other method available.

Lynx is an Android library created to show a custom view with all the information logcat is printing, different traces of different levels will be rendered to show from log messages to your application exceptions. You can filter this traces, share your logcat to other apps, configure the max number of traces to show or the sampling rate used by the library. The min Api Level supported is 8.
